Settings

Settings is where G2 Workforce learns the rules of your league. It’s worth 20 minutes at the start of a season; after that you rarely touch it. There are twelve tabs:

General	Org name, timezone, and core defaults
Departments	Your org’s departments (Field Ops, Front Desk, …)
Positions	Roles you staff (Umpire, Field Supervisor, …) and their pay
Locations	Fields, complexes, and venues
Overtime Rules	When overtime kicks in and at what rate
Break Rules	Required breaks by shift length
Rest Periods	Minimum rest between shifts
Break Rotation	How breaks rotate across a crew
Compliance	Which certifications are required
Game Rules	Sport-specific field specs that feed shift tasks
Facility Mapping	How fields map to facilities for staffing
Tournament Digest	The recap that goes out after a tournament
